This world is unfair

After working in my current company as a temp admin asst for 1 month, i have seen the ugliest side of the reality world. World isn't like what we see in school anymore. In this world, its not abt working hard to climb high. Its about the relationship you have with the higher management with the higher management.

The work scope of my current job is mainly doing order fulfillment; which is when order comes in i will process it then pass it to the warehouse supervisor whom i call as "weird uncle". After weird uncle delicate the job and once the order is fulfilled, the order will be passed back to me to do the delivery order. But every now and then, i need to help the weird uncle reply and send email. This should be the situation when the office have only one pc which im using.

But recently, the HQ has gave weird uncle one pc which so much better than the one im using. But i still have to help him to send email? Why is it so? Is it really like what he told other pple that im his secretary? But who do he think he is? He is just a warehouse supervisor.

When things din get to deliver out to the customers, the HQ will always come and find me not him? Then i have to ask what really is my duties being as temp admin asst? It seems to me that all his responsibilities has fallen onto my shoulders. And the conclusion that i got from him is that im here to pass time. Pui !! What the hell he think he is?

In this company no one really like him; pple label him as someone who not have the capability to do this job. But why is he still in this company? acting like he owe the company? The answer is really simple; its cos he is recommended to his job by a higher management pple. So who and what can be done?
